PS3 to release down under

TPS3launch1.jpghis March 23rd, the kangaroos down under will witness the release of Sony's PS3. I are not sure if the australians are gonna to like the price tag much, as they will have to shell out a whopping AUD$999.95 (NZD$1195.95) to get one of the units. It is the 60GB version we are talking about, and the 20GB system will not be available. Somehow, I have a feeling that the PS3 units are not going to be flying off the shelves. However, maybe the following list of PS3 games could help:

Out of the games listed above, the one particularly great game happens to be Resistence. It might just tempt people to buy themselves a PS3. Other enticing games are Tekken 5, Call of Duty 3, Need For Speed Carbon and Oblivion, but that's just my opinion. Will these games play a major role is getting the PS3 to sell? Only time will tell.
