Get healthy with your Wii

1150203694.jpgI know how much I hate hitting the gym, but I'm not against the idea of shedding a few pounds. And if I could combine staying fit with playing games, I'd be completely thrilled. Luckily, Nintendo' Wii has made it possible. I wonder if the Japanese games giant had foreseen this particular benifit though. Not too long ago, Mickey DeLorenzo lost a good 9 pounds by chalking out a Wii workout of 30 minutes daily for six weeks. The results have been astonishngly good with his Wii experiments, nine pounds is no joke!

So if you are tired of being called a couch potato and would like to lose some weight or just stay fit, turn on Wii Sports and get healthy! Wii is all set to give those fitness shows a run for their money! And DeLorenzo is coming up with new fun filled work outs.
